Content for the Website
At SunCoast Media, we focus on creating a seamless user experience by professionally organising your website’s content and visuals. We’ll incorporate the content and images you provide while enhancing the design with up to 10 premium iStock images to elevate your site’s appeal.
We understand that crafting content reflecting your business’s unique voice can be challenging. To support you, we offer professional copywriting services. Our team uses the latest SEO best practices to deliver content that is engaging, optimised, and perfectly tailored to your audience.
Time Line
Building your website involves several essential steps: research, wireframing, sitemap creation, initial design drafts, revisions, coding, CMS configuration, testing, debugging, client feedback, and final setup before going live.
We aim to deliver the homepage template within 10 business days of receiving your brief. Upon promptly receiving all content and images, the full website can be ready for final approval within an additional 5 business days.

To make things easier, we offer two flexible payment options. You can either pay a 50% deposit upfront and settle the remaining balance before the website goes live, or opt for a 12-month payment plan, starting with a $600 deposit.

What do both parties agree to?
Your Responsibilities
You confirm that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself, your company, or your organisation. You agree to provide the necessary access, information, and materials required to complete the project in a timely manner and in the formats requested. You will review our work, provide feedback, and grant approvals as needed, adhering to the mutually agreed deadlines. Additionally, you agree to follow the payment schedule outlined in this contract.
SunCoast Media Declaration
SunCoast Media commits to conducting all work professionally, efficiently, and in accordance with the agreed timelines. We will strive to meet all deadlines and maintain the confidentiality of any materials or information you provide.
Getting Down To The Nitty Gritty
Design
We create responsive designs with flexible layouts that adapt seamlessly to various devices and screen sizes. Our iterative process focuses on HTML and CSS to save time, using visuals to guide creative direction in areas like colour, texture, and typography (the “atmosphere”).
You’ll have regular opportunities to review our work via Dropbox, Google Drive, GitHub, or a development site. Feedback is integral to the process, and if at any stage you’re unhappy with the direction, we offer a refund if the design has not been signed off.
Text Content
Unless agreed otherwise, we are not responsible for inputting text or images into your CMS or creating all website pages. We offer professional copywriting and content creation services, which can be estimated separately upon request.
Graphics and Photographs
Graphics should be supplied in editable vector formats, and photographs in high-resolution digital formats. If you require stock images, we can recommend libraries or search for images for an additional fee.
Browser Testing
Our focus is on ensuring an optimal user experience across modern browsers, including Safari, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Opera. We test for compatibility with Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 but do not test in older browsers unless specifically agreed upon. Enhanced support for older browsers can be estimated separately.
Mobile Browser Testing
We test our designs on popular devices and browsers, including:
- iOS (Safari, Chrome)
- Android (Chrome on Emulator)
Support for additional devices or browsers (e.g., Blackberry, Opera Mini) can be arranged separately.
Technical Support
We provide support for website hosting, email, and related services to ensure a seamless experience.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
While we cannot guarantee top rankings, we build every site following Google standards to maximise visibility and accessibility. For enhanced results, we offer dedicated SEO packages—available after your site goes live. Contact us for more details.
Changes and Revisions
Flexibility is key. The project price is based on the estimated time required to achieve your goals. If you want to make changes or add features, we’re happy to provide a separate estimate for the additional work.
Legal stuff
Standards and Liability
SunCoast Media will perform all work to industry standards, ensuring quality and professionalism. While we strive for error-free results, we cannot guarantee perfection and are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or savings, even if advised of such damages.
Your liability to SunCoast Media is limited to the fees outlined in this contract. Neither party shall be liable for damages beyond the agreed terms. If any part of this contract is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.
Intellectual Property Rights
“Intellectual property rights” cover all legal protections for inventions, designs, software, trademarks, domain names, and other creative works, whether registered or unregistered.
You guarantee that all text, images, or artwork you provide are owned by you or that you have permission to use them. You agree to indemnify SunCoast Media against any third-party claims regarding intellectual property.
SunCoast Media guarantees that all materials delivered are owned by us or licensed appropriately, and we will indemnify you against third-party claims. Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the completed work are assigned to you, including source and finished files. However, SunCoast Media retains ownership of any intellectual property developed prior to or separate from this project, which is licensed to you exclusively for this project unless agreed otherwise.
Portfolio Display
SunCoast Media reserves the right to showcase all aspects of the project, including sketches, designs, and final work, in our portfolio, articles, or publications.
Payment Terms
Timely payment is critical for small businesses. SunCoast Media issues invoices electronically with payment due within 7 days of issuance. Payments are made via direct transfer in Australian Dollars.
Overdue invoices are subject to a 5% monthly interest charge.
Additional Terms
- This contract is non-transferable without mutual consent.
- Both parties agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
- This contract remains in effect without renewal unless terminated. If any provision is invalidated, the rest of the contract remains enforceable.
